Effortless Order Pickup: XPR Kiosks Integrate with LRS Pagers

XPR and LRS Pager Integration

In busy restaurants and food courts, managing order pickups efficiently can be a challenge. XPR has now integrated its self-ordering kiosks with LRS Pagers, offering a simple yet effective way to notify guests when their order is ready. This integration reduces congestion, improves order flow, and enhances the overall guest experience.

How It Works

When guests place an order at an XPR Self-Ordering Kiosk, they can enter their LRS pager number before finalizing payment. The process works as follows:

  1. Guests place their order and enter their LRS Pager number at checkout.
  2. The kitchen receives and prepares the order while the guest waits comfortably.
  3. Once the order is ready for pickup, the system triggers the guest’s pager, which vibrates and flashes to notify them.
  4. The pager screen displays the pickup window number, directing the guest to the correct location.

Why This Matters

  • Eliminates crowded pickup areas – Guests no longer need to hover around the counter.
  • Improves operational efficiency – Staff can focus on food preparation rather than manually calling out orders.
  • Enhances guest experience – Guests can relax until their pager notifies them.
  • Ideal for high-traffic environments – Perfect for food courts, stadiums, and quick-service restaurants.

By integrating XPR kiosks with LRS Pagers, restaurants and food service providers can offer a frictionless order fulfillment process, ensuring guests receive their meals with ease.
